‘WEARABLE ART'
Design and Construction
Unit.
TASK: Students are to research, design and
present a Blog Post about their chosen Australian artwork to accompany their
Wearable Art piece. The Blog post with be posted on www.Blogger.com on the CLCvisual blog
post. Students will research, document their understand and then type their
information into a one (A4) page report on their Artwork, noting the social,
cultural and historical perspectives represented by the artwork.
DUE DATES:
Appraising task: Tuesday, 19th
of May, 2015 (week 5)

ASSIGNMENT CHECKLIST:
Research sheet: Conduct research to answer the questions
in the Research rubric:
☐ Description: What does the artwork look
like?
☐ Analysis: What it the Artwork about?
☐ Interpretation: How is the main idea
expressed through the media?
☐ Judgement: From your research, do you think
it is an Important Artwork? And Why? Justify your opinion.
Writing your report:

Have you written in Full sentences?
☐
Using your information in each of the Four Sections, Write information in each
box and formulate a paragraph about your artwork.

Put all of your Paragraphs together.
☐
Write and introduction for your report, giving a brief introduction to you
report.
☐Formulate
a conclusion at the end of your report.
Creating a Blog Post:
☐
Sign in with the email address: CLCVISART@gmail.com . Password: (given to
you in class)
☐
In the Top left hand side, Click the Button titled “NEW POST”
☐
Insert your Blog post, including a Title, your name at the end of your report,
i.e. H.Kiehne.
☐
Save/submit your Blog Post.
☐
Log out
